What We Like

  • You can either have a very small group to play with or a big group of friends if you choose to play Lie Swatter
  • You can choose on which device you want to play ( not limited)

What We Don’t Like

  • Fibbage cannot be played with younger players (it can get dirty quickly)
  • The app has a lot of bugs

The Jacksbox Party Pack comes with 5 games like the former installment. This Party Pack includes :

  • Bomb Corp (1-4 Players)
  • Bidiots (3-6 Players)

In this Jacksbox Party pack you don’t have to play with a big group of friends. Most of the included games in this Party pack has a minimum requirement of 3 players except Fibbage 2 and Bomb Corp. So you can play with a small group of your close family.

What We Like

  • Special timer for streaming games
  • Family mode to make the game appropriate for the whole family
  • The Jackbox  Party Pack 2 is local play but it can be played over a stream with remote players

What We Don’t Like

  • Freezes with Amazon Fire TV
  • A lot of previous customers say that most of the games are dull and not attention grabbing.
  • A couple of the games are more aimed at small kids and teenagers (except Quiplash with adult references)

What We Like

  • New features for streamers
  • Max amount of players for most of the games are 8 players.

What We Don’t Like

  • Problem with download and installation
  • Problems with the Gen 2 Firestick

How To Play

In the Jackbox Party Pack 3 you again have the feature for “ Family Censoring” to make the games more family friendly. In this installment there are more new features spesifically for players who wants to stream their games with family and friends. All the games on this installment supports up to 10,000 audience members. Jackbox Party Pack 3 also supports Android 4.0 on you mobile devices.

-A lot of comments suggests that this installment of the Jackbox Party Pack 3 should rather be played on Xbox or PlayStation to prevent difficulties on the Amazon Firestick. (Alternative platform are available)

 What We Like

  • The Third version of Fibbage is an excellent game  
  • Some of the games are 3 player max so you can just play with a small group of people

What We Don’t Like

  • Monster Seeking monster is not a good game at all
  • Fibbage works better on Steam than on the Fire TV

You can still download the Jackbox Party Pack 4 on your mobile devices and even your Computer. As some Amazon Fire TV’s have been know to give problems with the games you can also consider alternatives. Steam and PlayStation 3, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One , Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows, macOS and certain Linux distributions.

What We Like

  • YOU DON’T KNOW JACK on this installment is more interactive than the previous version.
  • Game data can be downloaded to external storage

What We Don’t Like

  • Problems with storage on certain Amazon Fire TV’s during installations
  • Takes a very long time to download this Party Pack

This game needs a Android 5.0 operating system to work if you download this game on your mobile devices. You can also play on the Amazon Fire Tv. However that is not a mjst do. There are also alternatives you can follow. There are most of the same platforms for you to play the game as the Party Pack like: Nintendo Switch ,Microsoft Windows, macOS, Android (selected systems), Linux (again certain distributions), PlayStation 3+4, Xbox 360 and  Xbox One. The only place it differs from the Jackbox Game Pack 4 is that this installation is also available on the Apple TV.

The Jackbox Party Pack 6

From the first release of the Jackbox Party Pack 1 in November 26, 2014 this last installment has come a long way with again 5 new games. This Party Pack features the new improved:

  • Trivia Murder Party 2 (1-8 Players)
  • Dictionarium (3-8 Players)
  • Joke Boat (3-8 Players)
  • Role Models (3-6 Players)
  • Push The Button (4-10 Players)

This latest update of Jackbox Party Pack 6 made a few improvements to make the gameplay a bit easier. Trivia Murder Party have more gifts appearing in the mini games and The Role Models bug was also fixed.

What We Like

  • It is a local multiplayer but it can also  be played with remote players
  • Bug Fixes in Role Models

What We Don’t Like

  • You have to log into you Amazon account and let it download on your Amazon Firestick, can’t download this app on your phone
  • Download issues on the Amazon Firesticks (Some users claim a factory reset works if you don’t have an update on your Amazon Firestick)
