bad people

Bad People Review

Bad People is a Card game where you get to know your friends and their true intentions better.

What we like

  • A lot of different variety of cards
  • Expansion packs available (Red, White, Green and NSFW packs)

What we don’t like

  • Very expensive
  • Not for sensitive people

How to play

The first step you have to follow before you play Bad People is to choose an identity. After collecting the Player Identity card you have to give every player a voting card. The Voting card makes voting easier so you can identify your friends with a picture when they vote for you.

The last player to arrive is the dictator (we all have friends who’s always late to everything). The Dictator picks up a question card and reads it out loud for every player to hear. For example, Who will most likely go to a strip club?

The Dictator secretly votes by putting a player card in front of them. Now it is the other players chance to vote. Each player puts a Voting card in front of them of the person they think the Dictator voted for.

The voting is the last step in the game. Every player turns over their voting cards one by one. The Dictator is the last to do so. Every player who guessed the same as the Dictator is awarded with 1 point. If any player has played their Double Down card they awarded with 2 points.

Go Fish Yourself is the adult version of the childhood game we l know. The goal of this game is to give other players pairs or to force them to make pairs instead of traditionally holding all the cards for yourself.

The judge flips the top card from the draw pile over. The game can go two ways depending on the color of card the judge turned over. There is Red and Black cards in the game.

Black Cards

A Black Card indicates a normal round. The judge adds a black card from his hand to any side of the starting card. The rest of the players will have to finish the two panel starter the judge made.

Red Cards

If the judge flips the first card over at the beginning of the game and it is a red card, it will be a bonus round. The judge will not add a card to either side of the starter card like in a normal round. The players will have to take 2 of their own cards ro complete the panel.

After the players have put their cards down

This applies for both the Red and Black cards

Each player has to put their best card face down on the table (except the judge of course). The judge will look at each card and choose a favorite one.

The winning card goes back to player who played it. The card will have to be face up to keep track of the scoring during the game. The player sitting to the left of the judge now has a turn to play the judge.

After each round the cards will have to be refreshed. The players must always have 7 cards.

The game ends when a player has 3 points. House rules can be brought in here to make the game more interesting and to extend the game experience,

Never Have I Ever

Never Have I Ever is the  Timeless game played with so many variables. This game is just as it sounds, have you or have you never with an appropriate adult twist.

What we like

  • More than 500 cards

What we don’t like

  • This game does not cater for all groups

To start the game you have to take out all the rule cards and place them separately from the other cards on the table. Each player receives 10 Play cards, the rest of the cards should stay in the box.

The player that starts the game must take a rule card from the pile, read it for the other players to hear and place it face up on the table. That rule cards says what the players must do for that specific round. If you are not able to play a rule card you must take another one until you can.

The scoring system of this game is fairly easy. When you are guilty of a play card you win it and you are able to keep it face up in front off you. That will be your wall of shame.

When you are not guilty of a play card you put it in the discard pile. The first player that has 10 Play cards on their wall of shame wins the game.
